Yesterday was a nice quite day for the most part. It was my recovery day from working 24 hours straight.
Will not work for up for 24 hours. So yesterday was a nice quite day.
Watched a couple of movies and read a little bit. Nothing really big.
Today, got up and grabbed a quick breakfast before going out on a quick patrol. There and back with no problem at all and didn't run out of fuel this time either.
So things couldn't have gone any better.
So now I am on relax time until I go on PAD duty tonight at 7:00 P.M. (1900) until 1230 to night (0030).
It is going to be me and Dueitt together again tonight.
We just pull up to the PAD (which is like a ramp that goes up the the fence around the FOB where we can look over the fence and look out around the desert to make sure no one is messing around out there.
It can be boring, but it is also very important.
Then tomorrow I am going to OP 3 from 1300 (1:00 P.M.) until 1900 (7:00 A.M.) tomorrow afternoon.
I think my partner is going to be SPC Jackson. He is another good guy from the squad. WE all have our days and little querks but all in all they are a good bunch of guys who knows there job very well.
Tell the boys how much I love them.
And tell Blake that when I get home that we will go fishing again.
I can't wait until I can play with both of the boys again.
Tell them that they need to be ready for me because I am going to beat them both in fighting. Also tell Blake I very proud I am of him and how much of a big boy and helper he has been since I have been gone. He is the best. I love you with all my heart and I will stand beside you through thick and thin. I really hope that they both can understand why am not there with them right now.
